Do workers need an app?
No. They can receive work orders by SMS. An Android app can be added later for live tracking and job status updates.
Can I see where my workers are?
Yes, if you enable worker location sharing (now simulated for testing; later handled properly by the worker app with consent).
Do you store a job audit trail?
Yes • job created, assigned, status updates, and SMS events are tracked in Job History.
Can I add add-ons later?
That's the point. Start with dispatch, then add SMS bundles, automation, tracking, or integrations when customers actually pay for them.
